We built ClaimLift to solve a documentation crisis
Public adjusters are stretched thin. A single major loss claim — fire, flood, hurricane — requires documenting hundreds of items across multiple rooms, often relying on a stressed homeowner to remember everything they own. The industry has relied on spreadsheets and pen-and-paper methods for decades, leaving adjusters to spend three to five days per claim assembling inventories that carriers still reject for insufficient detail.
We believe AI can handle the time-consuming work of organizing and structuring that documentation — while keeping the licensed adjuster fully in charge of every line item. ClaimLift uses AI photo analysis and natural language interview transcription to generate a structured inventory draft. The adjuster reviews, edits, and approves before anything becomes official. The result is a claims-ready document that used to take days, now ready in hours.
This isn't about replacing adjusters. It's about giving solo operators and small firms the same documentation speed that enterprise shops get from expensive legacy tools — without the enterprise price tag.
